MUSHROOM SPAWN PRODUCTION LABORATORY
The lab produces spawns of oyster and milky mushroom. The lab, largely caters for the spawn demands of farmers and entrepreneurs of the district. The lab produces 1500 packets of spawn every month. Besides this, the lab also extends its facility for the undergraduate and postgraduate students in carrying out their project work of 2-3 months. The students from various school and colleges also visit the lab to understand the techniques on spawn production.
